Message: Update on Ranger "Fast Eddie" Gross: He is resting nicely after his quadruple by-pass surgery which went very well. He is currently in the cardiac intensive care unit at St. Joseph's Hospital and is expected to improve enough to move to a regular room soon. I'll keep you posted on his status.

...Ranger Memorial Dedication Ceremony...

...please make sure you and all your Ranger Buddys attend this one of a kind ceremony...

...The day to target is Monday, 28 Oct at 1100 hours around Headquarters Building and flag pole parking lot...

...Dedication speakers will be Brian Cunningham, former Company Commander of 2nd Ranger Company as Master of Ceremonies...

...Keith Antonio, Ranger Hall of Fame and Honorary Colonel of the Ranger Training Brigade, and mastermind genius in the donation drive that amounted to well more than enough for this site...

...JD Kirby, former Camp Commander and driving force behind this last of three Ranger Memorials, successfully ending the three site project with money to spare...

...Keith says food/drinks for 100...

...we expect up to 4,385... governors, generals, mayors, dignitaries, moonshiners, Rangers...everybody you know...

...and to make it an event, camping up at Hickory Flats Cemetery for all adventurous enough to verify the nocturnal events up there...

...JD says each donor will receive a commemorative pin and dress is business casual...

...there is a need probably for bumpers to surround the monument so donations are still very much appreciated from anyone still able to be generous with a donation...

...call Chris Fuller at the OverHang for accommodations... (706) 864-3367 ext 5130 or 5131...
