Message: Good morning Rangers. Looks as if we are having another real "WINTER!" As I watch the weather pattern, from here in Lexington, KY, I try to picture what it's like in Dahlonega. Still remember the time we had to stop the patrols, build fires, and wait for the folks at Base Camp to "Chain saw" their way to us w/ 2&1/2s. Stay warm & dry, keep your fire starters handy. Looking forward to CCO & Open House. Hope to see Ranger Jaussaud , and I already know I'll see my buddy Chuck Windham. Stay professional, keep chargin' hard. and have some fun along the way. Jim RLTW/L&P

The normal procedure for honoring a fallen Ranger is for some one to nominate him for the Fallen Ranger Memorial. The Association will normaly have the max of 6 every year, in which case any nomination(s) over the six is carried forward to the next year in the order the Member nominates the fallen Ranger(s). That is providing we have a bio, and supporting documents from the nominating member.

If you wish to nominate the Colonel, please do so, and we will have his presentation for next year, but the memorial was full when you posted of the Ranger's passing.
