You are absolutely correct....many a season, I put doe in the Freezer and it tasted just fine! The racks only take up wall space anyway. I sure do like that Bulk sausage SOS and for those who have never tried it, I recommend it highly. Some good old fashioned down home gravy and fried Deer Sausage "bulk style"....man, makes me want to back to sleep after eating it. |
