Hello everyone. Sad news to report. Ranger Bob McMahan passed away this afternoon at Bell Minor Nursing Home in Gainesville, GA after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. I saw him just after his passing & stayed with him until he was taken to Memorial Park Funeral Home on Memorial Park Road. Bob and I had been friends since 1965. He was known as one of the most knowledgeable & respected Mountaineering Instructors that most of us have ever served with.

Just to mention a few of us: Doug Perry, T Boggs, Earl Singletary, LTC Cunningham, LTC Kirby, LTC Suchke, LTC Schuetze & many others.

Arrangements are pending at this time. Willard

Message: Job Well Done to the USMRA and USARA for a fantastic Veteran's Day event in Dahlonega. The Run for Rangers and the full day of music and food was well organized and executed. With the foundation laid by Art and others, this will become a premier Veteran's Day event in Georgia. Again, well done.

Message: Rangers,
I apologized for the interruption in the USMRA website. I am working to change the site to a different hosting service and will do so as soon as I can complete the required programming. I regret any inconvenience it may have caused.
